Real Frustrations as a ChatGPT Plus Subscriber
As a paying user of ChatGPT Plus, I’ve been experiencing continuous technical issues that remain unresolved. These include:
Missing Settings Menu
→ Despite being a Plus user, the "Settings" option is not visible under the three-dot menu.
Limited Customer Support in Korean
→ The Help site does not support Korean properly, especially on mobile. Chat window access is inconsistent.
Ongoing System Error Notices
→ Frequent notices regarding increased error rates without proper resolution updates.
Email Issues
→ Emails sent to OpenAI (e.g., support@openai.com, no-reply@status.incident.io) bounce back or receive no meaningful response.

→ I have clearly paid for the service and still face these limitations.
