Hello, I'm a paying ChatGPT Plus user from South Korea. I’ve always been fascinated by AI technology, and I’ve been especially inspired by OpenAI’s advancements. I use ChatGPT every day, and it has supported countless creative and professional attempts of mine.

Recently, however, I’ve encountered some difficulties—like not being able to access the settings menu and struggling with limited customer support options (especially in Korean). So I decided to share my experience on this blog.

This post isn’t just a complaint. It’s a message from a true fan of ChatGPT. Someone who wants to see this amazing tool grow and improve.

When my YouTube journey takes off and my channel grows, I already plan to thank OpenAI publicly—because I know that any success I achieve will be in part thanks to ChatGPT.

So yes, these current challenges may be frustrating, but I choose to believe they’re part of the growth process. I sincerely hope OpenAI will improve its communication and accessibility alongside its powerful technology.

The tech is already brilliant. Now it’s time to match that brilliance with equally excellent service and support.
